Late Arrivals
Inform Us in Advance
Appts are every 20 minutes, this allows me enough time to do your treatment and any relevant forms. if you arrive more an 6 minutes late, I will have no choice but to turn you away as it leaves a knock on effect to the next client, if I can fit you in at another point in the day, I will - where space allows. If not cancellation policy applies.
If you arrive EARLY, Text me that you've arrived & please wait in your car until instructed otherwise. Feel free to walk round at your treatment time.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 75% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
